Refund Policy
1. Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with missing parts, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
To qualify:
- You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
Please email us at VermeerIncNL@hotmail.com with:
- A clear description of the issue
- Your full name and order number
- Photos of the product, packaging, and any damage (if applicable)
Once we review your request, we will confirm the next steps and arrange a replacement if approved.
2. Returns
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Items must be returned in the original packaging
Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
3. How to Return an Item
Step 1: Contact Us
Email us at VermeerIncNL@hotmail.com with the subject:
“ORDER #XXXXX – Return Request”
Include:
- Reason for return
- Your order number and full name
- Photos of the product, packaging, and contents
Step 2: Ship Your Return
- Carefully repack your item in its original packaging
- Use a tracked shipping method
- Ship the package to the return address provided after approval
Important:
- We are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns
- Any customs or import fees must be prepaid by the customer
- Mark your shipment as “Returned Goods”
Step 3: Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Please allow 5–7 business days for your refund to be processed
- You will receive a confirmation email once completed
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size, color, or product, please return your item and place a new order.
